House Is Gutted. Final Thoughts. Before/After Walkthrough.

After several long days of demolition, the first work trip comes to an end with the abandoned house about as gutted as it can get for now. Cleanup is finished, the entire house gets a before-and-after walkthrough, and the open walls make it possible to take stock of damaged wiring, almost nonexistent plumbing, questionable framing, water damage, and old floors that may—or may not—be worth saving. The next questions are how to level the house, what is hiding beneath the floors, and which parts of the original house can be reused.
